Membership FAQ
Why should I become a member?

While CDISC standards are available for free, becoming a member offers many additional benefits. As part of the CDISC member community, your organization gains exclusive access to a range of valuable resources, including early updates, training opportunities, and networking events. What happens after I submit my online membership application?

Once we receive your online application, our Membership Team will provide you with a membership quote based on your selected level (Gold or Platinum). After confirming your preferred membership level, we will issue an invoice for payment.

Why do you ask for the total employee count of my entire organization, including global offices?

CDISC membership is determined by the total number of employees in your organization, including all global offices and subsidiaries. We do not offer divisional memberships.

• When your organization joins CDISC, your company logo will be featured on our website, demonstrating your global commitment to CDISC standards. Even if only a few employees are actively using the standards, the entire organization benefits from membership.

• Additionally, as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, approximately 60% of your membership fee may qualify as a tax-deductible donation, depending on tax laws in your country.

How do I renew my membership?

Membership renewals are based on the month you joined, not the calendar year. A few months prior to your renewal date, our Finance Team will send you an invoice for renewal.

Where should I display my CDISC member certificate?

You are more than welcome to display this certificate at conferences and events. In the meantime, please do find a prominent place in your office to display and indicate to your staff that you are a CDISC member.
